Yountville’s Zoning and Design Review Board on Tuesday voted to recommend approval of a use permit amendment and design modifications for Pancha’s bar. The Town Council will consider the recommendation and the plan at its Sept. 17 meeting.
“The goal for Yountville has always been, you come here, you park your car, you stay here. You don’t have to go anyplace else,” Resnick added. “And part of that now has become the arts, and particularly our Art Walk.”
The coalition is seeking several grants totaling around $52 million to fund the construction and engineering costs for the project but each grant comes with a 10 percent matching requirement, McMinn said.
